This website, palle.school, presents Palle, a school management system made by Maiyon Consultants of Mettupalayam, Tamil Nadu, India. In this page, “we” means Maiyon Consultants acting for Palle.

What this page covers

This page explains how we handle information you give us through this website. It does not describe how schools use the Palle product with their own student, parent and staff data. Schools that use Palle agree the terms for that separately with us.

Information we collect

When you send the demo request form, we collect the details you enter:

• your name and phone number
• your school’s name and town or city
• the approximate number of students and what your school uses today
• any message you choose to write

Our web server also keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

We use demo request details only to respond to you, to arrange a walkthrough and to follow up on that conversation. We do not sell your information.

Cookies and third-party services

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Its typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google’s servers when a page loads, and Google may receive technical information such as your IP address. See Google’s own privacy information for details.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate this website and respond to requests, and where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep demo request details for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

We may update this page as the website and the product change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
