What is Palle?
Palle is school management software. It brings admissions, student records, attendance, exams, fees, parent communication, timetable, transport, library and staff payroll into one system built on a single student record.
Who is Palle for?
Schools that want to move from registers, Excel and chat groups to one system. It is designed with schools in Tamil Nadu in mind, and it suits schools of different sizes because you choose the modules you need.
Does “Palle” mean something?
Yes. Palle means school in Tamil.
Getting started
Do we have to switch everything at once?
No. Most schools start with the modules that matter most, such as attendance and fees, and add others once staff are comfortable. See how it works for the steps.
Can we bring in our existing student data?
Yes. Student lists, class details and fee structures usually sit in Excel or registers, and we help you bring them in during set-up so you do not start with empty screens.
How long does set-up take?
It depends on the size of your school and which modules you choose. We agree a plan with you after the demo, timed around your school calendar.
Will our staff need training?
Yes, and we provide it. Teachers learn attendance and marks. The office learns admissions and fees. The sessions are short and role-specific.
Parents and communication
Do parents need to install an app?
Parents can use the Palle parent app to see attendance, fees, marks and notices for every child. Alerts and reminders can also reach them on WhatsApp.
Can we see whether parents read a notice?
Yes. Each notice shows how many parents received it and read it, and lists the families it did not reach.

How much does Palle cost?

Who can see our data?
Access is controlled by role. A teacher sees their own classes, accounts staff see fees, the principal sees the whole school and a parent sees only their own children. Our privacy page explains how we handle information, and we are happy to go through your questions in the demo.
